Breakfast is a choice of cereals, hot croissants,bread, preserves, yoghurts, toast, porridge, lashings of coffee, tea, and fruit juice.
A different hot dish is served each day.
Upon your return from the hardships of the slopes, hot chocolate, coffee, tea and Connies wonderful, freshly baked cakes will await!!!
Then, at around 7.30pm the evening meal will begin: Three mouthwatering courses, quality wines of France including the Savoie region and an optional cheese course- if you can manage.

Our meals are good, very good. The wine compliments the food choice and the table ambience is always warm and friendly. Here below is an example of our evening menu.
Creamy goat cheese, sauté figs and walnuts
served on a Roquet salad bed
with a honey, mustard and chilli dressing
Pork in a cider, garlic and cream sauce. Served with saute potatoes and haricot vert
Panna cotta with a fruits of the forest coulis
A selection of Savoie and French cheese
